Submersible Electric Pumps for Wastewater (vertical outlet)
Uses:
The electric pumps "Vortex N" are particularly suitable for collecting
and draining, of heavy rainwater, with or without bodies in suspension.

The range "Vortex N" is divided into:
NA 35.60 Suction: Ø33 Discharge: 1 1/4" Max Capacity:  15m3/h
NB 40.75 Suction: Ø38 Discharge: 1 1/2" Max Capacity:  18m3/h
NC 50.110 Suction: Ø50 Discharge: 2" Max Capacity:  26m3/h
ND 50.150 Suction: Ø50 Discharge: 2" Max Capacity:  30m3/h
       
NJ 40.15 Suction: Ø30 Discharge: 1 1/2" Max Capacity:  9,6m3/h
NJ 40.37 Suction: Ø30 Discharge: 1 1/2" Max Capacity:  16,7m3/h
       
NR 50.110 Suction: Ø50 Discharge: 2" Max Capacity:  26m3/h

Construction

  • Pump casing in stainless steel (AISI304);
  • Impeller in stainless steel (AISI 304);
    or in cast iron;
  • Shaft in stainless steel (AISI 416);
  • Pump body in special cast iron for NJ and N;
  • Pump body in special cast iron and stainless steel for NR

Motor

  • Externally cooled by the pumped liquid;
  • Isolated dielectrical motor in oil bath;
  • Mechanical seal (aluminium axide-carbon-graphite);
  • Mechanical seal (SIC/SIC DIN24960) on request;
  • Protection IP58;
  • Power cord with 10m or other length on request;
  • Tension standard;
  • Class F insulation.

Observations

  • Max. temperature of water: 35ºC;
  • Max. depth of immersion 10m
